Kolo Toure backs Brendan Rodgers to make right signings for Liverpool Premier League title push



Kolo Toure has predicted Brendan Rodgers will make the right additions this summer that will transform Liverpool and ensure they become Premier League champions. The disappointment of being pipped at the post by Manchester City remains acute on Merseyside but Liverpool manager Rodgers is already plotting how to improve his squad when the transfer window opens and wants to add up to five players. Adam Lallana is a top target, while Rodgers admires Cardiff City’s Steven Caulker, a defender with whom he worked at Swansea. There will, however, be other signings and Rodgers is going for the calibre of player that can go straight into the starting line-up.
