Manchester City look to complete £14.5m Fernando transfer from Porto

Manchester City are looking to complete the £14.5million transfer of Porto midfielder Fernando later this week. The 26-year-old was the subject of a failed bid by City in January and subsequently signed a new contract. However, City have made an increased offer from five months ago and the Brazilian is heading for Manchester. Etihad bound: Manchester City hope to wrap up a transfer for Porto's Fernando.
