A couple of hours after our own Jordan Beck wrote a spectacular article discussing some potential midfield targets for next season, it appears that Barça's front office read his piece and decided to take action. And as the rich get richer, the gap to the rest of football has got bigger, with Championship clubs suffering a double whammy of lower income and higher wage costs at the same time, meaning bigger losses.
